Terms of service.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following:

  1. Payments – A 50% deposit is required before any project begins. Final payment is due upon completion, prior to delivery or website launch. All payments are non-refundable.

  2. Revisions – Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes may be billed separately.

  3. Ownership – Final designs and website files belong to the client once full payment is made. JC’s Studio Design retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing.

  4. Client Responsibilities – You agree to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals on time to keep the project moving.

  5. Liability – JC’s Studio Design is not liable for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or client-made changes after project completion.
