Every project starts with a discovery call or form to learn about your goals.
From there, I design, refine, and deliver your project in organized phases so you always know what’s happening. Check out the 5 Era’s process on the home page.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project.
The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.
I will reach out via email/phone to schedule a 15-20 minute Google Meeting to discuss your vision, then we move forward from there.
Because all services are digital and time-based, refunds aren’t available for any services or deposits once the project starts, but I’ll always work with you to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.
All communication happens through email or text message to keep things organized.
Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9AM–9 PM (CST), and Saturdays 9-12pm.
I specialize in small construction/healthcare brands, but am open to ALL small businesses who value intentional design and storytelling.
Each design project includes up to 2 revisions.
Once I send your draft, you’ll share feedback, and I’ll make adjustments until you’re happy with the final look.
Yes, revisions can definitely be made within 24 hours after the project is completed. Any updates or changes after that window would be done at my hourly rate of $150 with a max. of minor changes.

A standard website takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the number of pages, content readiness, and feedback speed.

Yes! I offer a monthly maintenance plan that include updates, edits, backups, and content refreshes so your site stays current. Check out services for investment.
Although I do not anticipate that happening.. If you’re on a maintenance plan, I’ll handle it right away.
If not, I offer one-time troubleshooting support at an hourly rate.

No, I do not touch designs made by other designers. Every designer is unique just like every brand, and I would not like to touch some ones art that they spent time on.
Once your final payment is complete, you own full rights to your approved logo and design files. I own the rights to share and post all designs.
Absolutely! I offer add-ons like business cards, flyers, social templates, and packaging designs at an additional cost. Just let me know.

I handle t-shirt printing only. All other print services are managed by the client. Print sizes and color palettes can be provided upon request.
Yes! I can design Canva templates that you can update on your own. Perfect for monthly flyers, new promotions, or team use.
I design using Affinity Designer and Canva Pro, depending on your needs.
Absolutely. If you already have a logo, fonts, or color palette, I’ll match everything to your existing branding for a cohesive and professional look.
